This Privacy Policy explains how LiveWeb ("we", "us"), operating liveweb-ai.com, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SEO and web-design platform.
Account information you provide when you register (name, email), and operational data related to the websites we build and manage for you. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Our platform connects to the Google Ads API using authorized credentials to retrieve keyword search-volume and competition metrics for keyword research. This data is used only to plan and optimize SEO content for websites we build and manage. We do not sell, rent, or share Google API data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising targeting. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To provide, maintain, and improve the platform; to perform keyword research and SEO optimization; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We may share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You may revoke Google API access at any time via your Google Account settings.
